Job Description

Are You?

…someone who naturally brings order to complexity, helping people move from ideas and conversations to clear action and results

…someone who loves coordinating people, projects, and priorities, ensuring commitments are followed through and deadlines are met

…someone who communicates clearly, proactively follows up, and isn't afraid to ask tough \& clarifying questions when projects begin to drift

…someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs before they become problems, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving forward

…someone who thrives working across teams, building relationships, and helping leaders stay focused on what matters most

We're growing, and we want to hear from you.

Who’s behind the hiring:

IMAGO believes learning should be felt, not just taught. We design experiences that build life skills, workforce readiness, and leadership in ways learners remember and use.

From the classroom to the boardroom, we partner with schools, districts, and organizations to build better humans. Our work blends curriculum, facilitation, and measurement to make “life skills” tangible, practical, and powerful.

We’re looking for a teammate who values this work and is ready to thrive in it.

As our work continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can help bring structure, coordination, and momentum to the projects, partnerships, and initiatives that drive our mission forward.

Role:

This full-time, on-site role in Fresno, CA serves as the operational hub of the organization.

You'll work closely with company leadership and department leads to coordinate projects, manage priorities, support partnerships, and ensure initiatives move from concept to completion. You'll help create clarity, accountability, and alignment across the organization while keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building systems, managing details, and helping teams execute at a high level.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead coordination and execution of custom client projects, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, meetings, and follow-up actions across multiple departments
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to track priorities and ensure key objectives stay on schedule
  • Coordinate internal communication and help align teams around goals, deadlines, and responsibilities
  • Support planning and execution of events, workshops, trainings, and special initiatives
  • Build and improve systems, processes, and workflows that increase organizational effectiveness
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across stakeholders
  • Oversee office operations, including meeting coordination, guest hospitality, facility access, workspace organization, and office resources.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by helping create focus, organization, and momentum across the company

Why Imago?

  • Work that actually impacts how people show up in life and work
  • Opportunity to shape programs, not just deliver them
  • A fast-moving, creative environment where ideas turn into action quickly
  • Growth path into leadership, program design, and strategy

Requirements

  • 3\+ years experience in operations, project management, program management, executive support, or a similar coordination-focused role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Highly proactive and self-directed with strong follow-through
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively across diverse teams
  • Comfortable creating structure in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have (not required):

  • Experience working with schools, nonprofits, education organizations, or professional learning environments
  • Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, and workflow automation
  • Event planning or partnership management experience
