- Utilizing 3M Encoder and CAC (computer-assisted coding) tools — including flagging system or CAC issues to IT
- Meeting 95% coding accuracy and 90% productivity standards across outpatient encounter types
What You’ll Bring
- RHIT, RHIA, or CCS credential required (AHIMA member)
- 3–4 years of coding experience in an acute-care healthcare setting (4\+ years preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with teaching hospitals, transplant cases, and complex surgeries preferred
- Working knowledge of Coding Clinic for HCPCS, CPT Assistant, and ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
