Join our dynamic legal team as a General Legal Assistant, where you will play a vital role in managing and triaging incoming commercial legal matters. You will support routine legal processes, assist with standard commercial matters, and escalate complex issues to senior paralegals for deeper review. Your contributions will help streamline workflows and improve process efficiencies.
Typical Day in the Role
- Triage incoming commercial legal matters in a shared workspace to internal resources and functions.
- Assist and support routine processes and legal matters.
- Escalate complex legal matters to senior paralegals.
- Assist paralegals with collecting information, analyzing, and drafting recommended guidance and solutions for commercial legal matters.
- Maintain and update Legal Self-Help business readiness resources.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates with strong program and project management abilities, a high comfort level with technology, and an eagerness to learn new tools. An extensive legal background, ideally with experience supporting tech companies or law firms, is preferred. Excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize with minimal guidance are essential.

- 0-2 years' experience required.
