Commercial Real Estate \| Finance Paralegal

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Real Estate \| Finance Paralegal to support our legal team in managing a variety of commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of commercial lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and can handle complex litigation.
Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title searches and property assessments.
Organize and maintain transaction files, ensuring that all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare closing documents and assist in the closing process for commercial real estate transactions.
Research relevant laws and regulations related to commercial real estate and finance.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure smooth communication and operation.
Title and survey review are big aspect of this practice group
Closing documents and closing coordination is a big aspect as well

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or a related field.
5\+ of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate
Florida registered paralegal
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and financing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in legal research and document management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
