Job Description
Breach Secure Now is hiring a Partner Success Manager to join our Sales team. As a Partner Success Manager, you'll be the strategic growth advisor for your assigned Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. You’ll own a large, dynamic book of business, guiding partners on how to deepen adoption, unlock new revenue opportunities, and integrate BSN’s offerings into their go-to-market and client service models.
You’ll combine consultative selling, product education, and coaching to help partners get the most out of BSN’s expanding platform, including our latest AI training modules, tools, and client-facing enablement resources.
This is a quota-carrying, remote position with a focus on expansion (upsell/cross-sell) across a defined set of existing MSP clients.
What You’ll Do
- Grow Partner Accounts-
Own and expand a portfolio of SMB and mid-market MSPs through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, product recommendations, and strategic guidance.
- Drive Adoption of AI \& Security Offerings-
Champion BSN’s AI productivity training, security awareness platform, compliance solutions, and partner-facing enablement tools. Position new and underutilized modules to drive results for the MSP and their clients.
- Consult with a Purpose-
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each partner’s business model, service stack, and growth goals—then mapping BSN solutions to accelerate those outcomes.
- Deliver Demos \& Strategy Sessions-
Run impactful virtual meetings to showcase product updates, guide implementation of new features, and pitch relevant add-ons to improve customer outcomes and partner revenue.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally-
Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Partner Success teams to ensure continuity, resolve partner issues, and share feedback on needs or trends.
- Track Progress \& Hit Targets-
Use CRM systems and forecasting tools to manage pipeline, log interactions, and stay accountable to KPIs including expansion revenue, partner retention, and activity metrics.
What You Bring
- 3\+ years in a partner-facing or account management role within B2B SaaS, preferably with experience in channel sales or the MSP space
- Deep empathy for the MSP business model and a passion for helping partners succeed
- Comfortable selling both technical and strategic solutions—especially with screen-sharing demos or business reviews
- Exposure to AI tools and SaaS-based training or compliance products is a plus
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and strong organizational chops
- A self-starter mindset and ability to work autonomously in a high-velocity environment
