GTM Scale \& Partnerships Lead, North America

Algorized is a fast-growing deep tech startup redefining sensing and perception AI. Its sensor-agnostic software platform enables real-time human activity detection across automotive, robotics, and smart devices. With strong R\&D momentum and early commercial traction, Algorized is now focused on scaling revenue 10x - and we're hiring a GTM Scale \& Partnership Lead, North America, to drive commercial growth in the US market.

As the first dedicated commercial hire in the US, you will be a key player in shaping Algorized's go-to-market strategy and establishing a strong foothold in priority customer verticals. Reporting to the CEO, you will leverage your technical acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and hunter mentality to build a pipeline of high-value opportunities and close strategic deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute the go-to-market strategy to grow revenue 10x over the next 12–18 months
  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to drive Algorized's commercial growth in the US market
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target customer accounts across priority verticals (e.g. industrial automation, robotics, logistics)
  • Build and grow channel partnerships that expand reach and influence deals. Drive co-selling, co-marketing, joint integration efforts, and partner lifecycle governance
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and engineering team to translate customer requirements into product roadmap priorities
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pipeline generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Represent Algorized at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and thought leadership
  • Develop and manage a high-value pipeline, ensuring predictable and scalable revenue growth
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into product decisions, features, and roadmap prioritization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8\+ years in enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, in deep tech, SaaS, or AI-driven startups
  • Strong understanding of B2B/enterprise sales cycles, particularly in hardware/software systems markets
  • Experience negotiating complex technical deals involving pilots, integrations, licensing, or platform partnerships
  • Intellectual flexibility to understand the value proposition applied across multiple customer verticals.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a high ownership mindset
  • Strong cross-functional communicator able to align sales, product, and engineering around market needs
  • Comfortable with 50-70% travel across North America and abroad

Preferred qualifications:

  • Background in selling software, AI into robotics, automotive, semiconductor, and hardware space
  • Technical fluency or past experience in engineering, embedded systems, or edge-AI
  • Experience scaling early revenue in Series A to Series C companies
