Role Description
The Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fremont, CA, responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic relationships across e-con Systems’ partner ecosystem. This role involves identifying and prioritizing potential sensor, ISP, carrier board, and solution partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and developing joint go-to-market plans to expand revenue and market reach. The Partnerships Manager will manage day-to-day partner communications, coordinate technical and commercial discussions with internal product, engineering, and sales teams, and track the performance of partnerships against agreed objectives and KPIs. Daily activities include pipeline management, account reviews, partner enablement (training, collateral, co-marketing), and resolving operational issues to ensure a smooth partner experience. The role will also contribute partner insights to product strategy, support key customer opportunities, and represent e-con Systems® at industry events and partner meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in managing Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, including sourcing, negotiating, and scaling partner relationships.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with a track record of maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partner or customer accounts.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, partner performance metrics, and pipeline reports to inform decisions and strategy.
- Proven experience in business development, channel management, or ecosystem development in B2B technology (imaging, hardware, embedded systems, or related fields preferred).
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
