About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, data-obsessed Performance Marketer who can drive acquisition, conversion and retention end-to-end. You’ll lead the performance marketing roadmap, strengthen our Shopify experience, unlock growth levers across marketplace quick-commerce channels, and scale revenue profitably. Key Responsibilities
● Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and upcoming channels
● Drive revenue \& ROAS through rigorous testing — audiences, creatives, copies, funnels
● Manage monthly budgets across platforms, balancing efficiency and scale
● Develop seasonal and BAU performance calendars aligned to brand moments/sales events E-Commerce/Shopify
● Optimize onsite experience with high-intent CRO levers — landing pages, PDPs, UGC, A/B tests
● Collaborate on merchandising, bundles, offers, and subscription programs to improve AOV \& LTV
● Strengthen website analytics: heatmaps, flows, drop-offs, SEO hygiene (basic focus only) Analytics \& Reporting
● Deep-dive into KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, Retention, LTV, Gross Margin
● Build dashboards and cohorts to track funnel performance
● Present growth insights and action plans to leadership weekly
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years in D2C / performance marketing / e-commerce growth roles
● Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media spends at scale
● Expert in Meta Ads, Google Ads \& Shopify analytics
● Strong grip over numbers, data interpretation \& growth attribution
● Bias for action — fast execution, strong ownership, and experimental mindset
● Preferably experience in D2C beauty, personal care, wellness or FMCG/CPG categories
