Performance Marketing Manager

Skin Gym and PaintLab are category-leading beauty brands distributed nationally at major retailers including Nordstrom, Walmart, Target and Ulta. We are focused on accelerating direct-to-consumer growth and building a best-in-class performance engine across channels. We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale revenue-driving marketing efforts across DTC, Amazon, and retail media.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who wants real ownership and measurable impact.

You will be responsible for driving profitable growth across:

DTC Paid Media:

  • Own Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging acquisition channels
  • Manage budgets and optimize for scale \+ efficiency
  • Develop structured creative testing roadmaps
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, and AOV
  • Identify opportunities to unlock incremental growth

Lifecycle Performance:

  • Oversee performance of email/SMS marketing
  • Partner with internal email team and consultants
  • Align acquisition messaging with retention strategy
  • Improve LTV and blended MER

(Note: You won’t build emails, but you will own performance outcomes.)

Amazon Advertising:

  • Own Amazon PPC strategy and optimization
  • Improve ACOS and TACOS
  • Identify and scale hero SKUs
  • Align ad strategy with ranking and inventory goals

Retail Media:

  • Manage retail ad platforms (e.g., Roundel, Walmart Connect)
  • Optimize spend for sell-through and profitability
  • Measure incremental lift and return

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4–7\+ years of performance marketing experience in a CPG company preferably beauty or fashion
  • Strong hands-on Meta \+ Google Ads experience
  • Experience managing Amazon PPC
  • Experience with retail media platforms preferred
  • Proven track record scaling DTC brands
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial judgment
  • Comfortable managing six-figure monthly ad budgets
  • Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle experience is a plus
