Performance Marketing Manager

Skin Gym and PaintLab are category-leading beauty brands distributed nationally at major retailers including Nordstrom, Walmart, Target and Ulta. We are focused on accelerating direct-to-consumer growth and building a best-in-class performance engine across channels. We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale revenue-driving marketing efforts across DTC, Amazon, and retail media.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who wants real ownership and measurable impact.
You will be responsible for driving profitable growth across:
DTC Paid Media:
- Own Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging acquisition channels
- Manage budgets and optimize for scale \+ efficiency
- Develop structured creative testing roadmaps
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, and AOV
- Identify opportunities to unlock incremental growth
Lifecycle Performance:
- Oversee performance of email/SMS marketing
- Partner with internal email team and consultants
- Align acquisition messaging with retention strategy
- Improve LTV and blended MER
(Note: You won’t build emails, but you will own performance outcomes.)
Amazon Advertising:
- Own Amazon PPC strategy and optimization
- Improve ACOS and TACOS
- Identify and scale hero SKUs
- Align ad strategy with ranking and inventory goals
Retail Media:
- Manage retail ad platforms (e.g., Roundel, Walmart Connect)
- Optimize spend for sell-through and profitability
- Measure incremental lift and return
What We Are Looking For:
- 4–7\+ years of performance marketing experience in a CPG company preferably beauty or fashion
- Strong hands-on Meta \+ Google Ads experience
- Experience managing Amazon PPC
- Experience with retail media platforms preferred
- Proven track record scaling DTC brands
- Highly analytical with strong commercial judgment
- Comfortable managing six-figure monthly ad budgets
- Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle experience is a plus
