Performance Marketing Manager – Demand Generation \& Campaign Strategy

Theale/Home – 3 days a week in the office/2 from home

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the demand generation strategy and execution, driving high-impact, integrated campaigns that deliver real pipeline growth across both core business and new growth areas.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll shape campaign strategy, define audience targeting, messaging, and creative direction, and then bring it all to life through execution, testing, and continuous optimisation.

You’ll take ownership of how we generate and convert demand in the market—turning commercial priorities into clear, performance-led campaigns that deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll design and deliver end-to-end campaigns that make an impact in market. This includes shaping the campaign idea and narrative, defining audience segments, selecting channels, and building conversion journeys that work.
  • You’ll set performance standards across campaigns, tracking conversion, lead quality, and pipeline contribution and use insight to continuously improve results.
  • You’ll also define what “good” creative looks like for performance, testing different messages, formats, and calls to action to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Working closely with Sales, Brand, Content, Digital, and Martech teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are aligned, well-executed, and optimised across every touchpoint.
  • You’ll run a strong test-and-learn approach, reviewing performance weekly, identifying what’s working, and making changes quickly to improve outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • You’ll bring strong experience in B2B demand generation or performance marketing, with a track record of building and running campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
  • You’ll understand how to turn audience insight into effective campaigns, how to brief creative teams, and how to use data to continuously improve performance.
  • You’ll be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Most importantly, you’ll know how to build campaigns that don’t just look good, but drive real commercial results.
