Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager with strong healthcare and pharmacy domain expertise to lead AI-driven product initiatives and rapid experimentation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across pharmacy and patient service workflows
• Drive rapid MVP development, experimentation, and AI product delivery
• Collaborate with business, clinical, engineering, and AI/ML teams
• Build scalable AI-enabled solutions integrated into real operational workflows
• Define success metrics and measure business, operational, and user impact
• Improve workflows related to patient onboarding, adherence, prior authorization, benefits verification, and call center operations

Required Skills

• 6-10\+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience
• Strong healthcare domain expertise, preferably in pharmacy services, PBM, payer, or patient services
• Experience with AI/LLM-based products, workflow automation, or data-driven platforms
• Hands-on experience delivering MVPs and driving rapid experimentation
• Ability to work across business, clinical, and technical teams
• Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Prior Authorization (PA), Benefits Verification (BV), and patient onboarding workflows
• Familiarity with Generative AI, workflow automation, and healthcare compliance environments (HIPAA)
• Experience with call center or patient engagement platforms
