Through our in-house media division, Studio Niramit, we capture the magic of these events. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Photo \& Video Editor to join our Bangkok team, taking equal ownership of our still and moving visual narratives to bring these unforgettable moments to life.

The Role:

As our Photo \& Video Editor, you will be the creative force behind our entire post-production process. You will be responsible for editing and producing both high-end photography galleries and cinematic videos for luxury weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Working closely with our creative team, you will ensure that all photos and videos align with our brand's high standards and visual storytelling goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography Post-Production:

Lead the culling, color correction, and batch-editing of large volumes of event photography, ensuring a consistent and luxurious visual style across all galleries.

• Video Post-Production:

Craft high-quality event highlight reels, full-length documentary features, and engaging, fast-paced social media clips.

• Advanced Image Retouching:

Perform complex photo edits, including skin retouching, object removal, background manipulation, and preparing high-resolution images for both digital delivery and large-format print.

• Video Color \& Audio:

Elevate video content through professional color grading, sound design, audio mixing, and the integration of clean, professional motion graphics and titles.

• Media Management:

Organize and manage end-to-end workflows for

both

photo and video assets, handling raw file ingestion, folder structures, backups, and final archiving.

• On-Site Shooting (Bonus Opportunity):

While your primary focus will be post-production, there will be opportunities to step in and shoot with live event photography or videography if you have the skillset.

Qualifications \& Skills:

• Software Mastery:

Expert-level proficiency in

both

photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One)

and

video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

• Dual Portfolio:

A robust portfolio and showreel demonstrating exceptional skills in

both

still photography retouching and cinematic video editing (wedding or luxury event experience is a massive plus).

• Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of photo color spaces, print requirements, RAW image processing, as well as video codecs, frame rates, and export settings for various platforms.

• Visual Storytelling:

A sharp eye for composition, pacing, emotion, and aesthetic consistency across both mediums.

• Organization:

Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to seamlessly switch between photo and video projects to meet strict deadlines.

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Studies, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field is preferred.

• Industry Experience:

Prior experience in the event planning, luxury hospitality, or wedding industry is highly advantageous.

• Full Photography \& Videography Capabilities:

We love a true hybrid creator. Proven experience acting as a full-fledged primary or secondary shooter at fast-paced events, with a total command of framing, lighting, audio capture, and directing subjects on the fly for both stills and motion.
