Schedule: Mon and Wed 7:00 AM–4:00 PM days, Tues and Thurs 10:00 AM–7:00 PM days, and Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Schedule can be slightly adjusted at the time of hiring if necessary. Minimal flexibility.

Responsibilities:
As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications:
Physical Therapist Requirements:* Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Must be familiar with orthopedic and sports therapy cases
Compensation: $85K - $112K\+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
