Physician Assistant

Busy private practice Plastic Surgery office in Mclean, Virginia, is looking for experienced and compassionate office based APC to join our growing team. Candidates need previous plastic surgery experience.

Our office provides exceptional and personalized care to our patients. Many of our patient are coming in for reconstructive surgery after being diagnosed with breast cancer. We welcome candidates that will thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking and team-oriented position, to apply.

· Candidates must be NCCPA board certified

Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Makes medical diagnoses and institutes therapy or referrals of patients to appropriate health care facilities, agencies, other resources of the community or other Physicians.

• Performs physical assessments of new and established patients.

-Reviews patient records to develop comprehensive medical plans, determines medical status of patients, reports, orders lab/studies appropriate for the complaints. Reports findings to the supervising physicians and perennate member so the team for continuity of care.

--Performs and assists in surgical procedures pre and post operative care.
