We're growing quickly and looking for licensed physicians who want flexible, async work with consistent volume.

What You’ll Do

• Review patient intake forms and histories to assess eligibility for doctor's notes.
• Issue accurate, professional, and legally compliant documentation for short-term illnesses, return-to-work/school notes, travel clearances, and other minor accommodations.
• Provide brief follow ups via secure chat when additional information is needed.
• Collaborate with our efficient administrative support team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records using our user-friendly EMR system.

Who You Are

• A U.S. licensed physician with an active, unrestricted license in at least 30 states.
• You have your own professional medical liability insurance.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual consultations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic and patient-centered care.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
