We're looking for a

Platform Engineer

who wants to own the systems that keep content flowing to a quarter-billion people — reliably, at scale, every single day.

🔧 What You'll Work On

This is an ownership role — you won't be executing tickets, you'll be evolving a real production system.

→ Own and evolve production infrastructure across 14\+ servers running Next.js, NestJS, Temporal, Redis, and PostgreSQL → Manage and improve our Temporal workflow orchestration layer — the backbone of all job processing including avatar generation, video processing, and billing → Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and bulletproof rollback procedures → Level up observability: distributed tracing, alerting, SLA dashboards, and error budgets → Harden the system against failure — connection pool exhaustion, queue contention, webhook delivery reliability, and more → Manage database infrastructure, Redis clusters, and Cloudflare R2 object storage

✅ What We're Looking For

• 4\+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform/SRE roles
• Deep experience with Linux server administration and systemd service management
• Hands-on with workflow orchestration systems — Temporal, Airflow, or similar
• Strong PostgreSQL operations knowledge: replication, connection pooling, backup and recovery
• Solid Redis experience — caching, queuing (BullMQ), pub/sub
• Comfortable debugging Node.js/TypeScript in production environments
• Experience with modern monitoring stacks — Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry
• Bonus: Cloudflare (R2, DNS, Zero Trust), DigitalOcean, GitHub Actions ✨

💰 Compensation

• $120,000 – $140,000 base salary, depending on experience
