THE ROLE

– Coordinate and schedule studio recording sessions
– Assist in developing interview research and question frameworks for each guest
– Review episode edits and provide feedback prior to release
– Identify clip-worthy moments and suggest timestamps for short-form content
– Write episode titles and show descriptions
– Attend filming sessions when available to capture behind-the-scenes content
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– Genuine interest in the business side of fashion wholesale, contemporary brands, buying, sales, or brand operations
– Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
– Organized and proactive, you follow through without being reminded
– Comfortable reaching out to industry professionals in a professional, warm tone
– Based in or able to work toward LA preferred; remote candidates considered
– Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a fashion, communications, marketing, or related program
COMPENSATION \& STRUCTURE
This internship is available as either a paid or for-academic-credit position, depending on the candidate's academic situation and program requirements.
Paid track: 16\.25, paid hourly

Duration: June 2026 through December 2026 (approximately 6 months)
Hours: 5 to 10 hours per week, with flexibility around episode production schedule

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
– Real experience in podcast production, content strategy, and talent booking
– Direct exposure to the contemporary fashion industry and its key players
– A portfolio of work including booked guests, episode contributions, and published content
– Mentorship from a founder actively building in both the staffing and media space
– Behind-the-scenes access to a show built for the exact audience you're part of
