Primary Care Physician

Seeking a full-time MD/DO Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or MedPed Physician to provide comprehensive primary care in a community-focused clinic.

Responsibilities include:

managing a diverse patient population, seeing up to 20 patients daily, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and participating in onsite services such as social work, dietetics, and behavioral health.

Qualifications:

Medical degree, valid BLS certification, and experience in primary care.

Skills and duties:

delivering patient-centered care, managing chronic conditions, utilizing shared exam spaces and on-site digital x-ray, and supporting controlled substance and chronic care teams.
