Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modelling, and industry research to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams to monitor performance and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong financial modelling skills, particularly in LBO and valuation analysis.
• Demonstrated involvement in live transactions (M\&A, leveraged finance, or private equity deals).
