Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to drive cost efficiency across T\&O
- Lead category management and strategic sourcing to identify and engage high-quality vendors
- Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding
- Review and negotiate contracts to ensure commercial value and regulatory compliance
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of external resources in collaboration with HR
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and dispute handling
- Handle accruals, procurement processes, invoicing, and payment approvals
- Monitor spend against budget and support cost allocation
- Establish and monitor internal controls across procurement and finance
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digital initiatives
- Advise business leaders on procurement decisions and vendor strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- More than 8 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and end-to-end contract lifecycle management
