Procurement Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to collaborate with suppliers, competitively bid outsourced parts, and select optimal sourcing options to support Powersports vehicle production. Key responsibilities include requesting, reviewing, negotiating, and approving quotations, ensuring cost targets are met, and maintaining positive supplier relationships. The role involves executing supplier and commodity strategies under guidance, contributing to cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives, and supporting design teams with cost-effective part specifications.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with preferred experience in Powersports or automotive fields. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate confidentially and understand market and technical specifications. Knowledge of blueprints and specifications, as well as familiarity with the SxS and ATV markets, are advantageous.
