Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for raw materials, components, and accessories (steel, hardware, glass, finishes, etc.)
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, lead time, cost).
- Ensure on-time material availability to support manufacturing and project deadlines
- Maintaining and updating regularly Material Requirement Planning in SAP (MRP)
- Material management and analysis including annual inventory
- Control costs, optimize stock levels, and reduce procurement risks
- Conduct RFQs, cost breakdown analysis, and commercial evaluations.
- Issue POs, track deliveries, and resolve supply issues proactively
- Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Finance, and Logistics
- Maintain supplier performance, pricing agreements, and procurement records
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in procurement within manufacturing (steel, metal, construction, doors, or similar industries preferred)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Solid understanding of materials, lead times, and cost structures
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand BOM structures
- Organized, decisive, and comfortable working under pressure
- ERP / procurement system experience is a plus especially SAP
