2\. About the Opportunity:
The
Product Analyst II
serves as the primary subject matter expert for assigned products, acting as a key liaison between internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into actionable product backlogs and supporting the delivery of software solutions that meet business priorities. This position ensures product quality throughout the development lifecycle and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.
3\. Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned products
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories
- Prioritize backlog items in alignment with business priorities
- Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements and answering questions
- Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities
- Validate functionality against acceptance criteria
- Manage release readiness activities
- Maintain product documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Communicate product delivery progress and status to stakeholders
- Support product demonstrations and gather implementation feedback
- Monitor backlog quality and delivery effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve Agile delivery processes
4\. Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Agile software delivery principles and product lifecycle management
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable items
