Job Description
🚀 Product Designer – AI
📍 London (Onsite)
💰 £90K–£110K \+ Equity
We’re partnered with a fast-growing AI company building intelligent software that’s changing how businesses interact with real-world data.
They’re looking for a Product Designer to take significant ownership of the product experience across web and mobile, joining while the team is still small enough to have a major influence on what gets built and how it feels to use.
This is much more than executing tickets — you’ll work directly with engineering, product and leadership to shape the product from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing 👇
- Own product design end-to-end across web and mobile
- Turn complex AI capabilities and workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
- Shape new features from initial problem through to launch
- Build and evolve the company’s design system
- Work directly with engineers to take designs through to polished production experiences
- Speak to users, test ideas and iterate based on real-world feedback
- Help establish the design principles and standards the company scales with
What They’re Looking For 🧠
- 4\+ years of strong product design experience
- Excellent portfolio spanning web and mobile products
- Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills
- Experience building and evolving design systems
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams
- Startup/scale-up experience highly desirable
- High ownership and strong product judgement
Tools ⚙️
Figma • Design Systems • Web \& Mobile • AI-First Products
Why It’s Interesting 💡
- Own a major part of the design function at an early-stage AI company
- Founding-level influence over the product and user experience
- Work directly with leadership and a highly technical engineering team
- Design genuinely new interactions around AI rather than another standard SaaS dashboard
- Strong commercial traction and significant backing
- Meaningful equity and the opportunity to grow with the business
If you’re a Product Designer who wants real product ownership rather than being handed finished requirements to make pretty, this is worth a conversation.
