At Armadin, we're a group of engineers, researchers, and hackers on a mission to redefine what proactive security can do in the AI era. Cyberattacks are becoming autonomous and relentless and we believe defending against threats before they materialize is one of the most powerful ways to protect the institutions the world depends on.

We're building autonomous proactive security from the ground up, reinforcing the tradecraft of elite red teamers into purpose-built security models and agents that discover risk and remediate it before organizations are breached.

Led by Kevin Mandia, founder of Mandiant ($5\.4B exit to Google), our team brings together researchers and engineers from Google, xAI, Meta, Stanford, and MIT to reinvent security for an adversary that never sleeps.

What You'll Do

• Design the Product Experience:

Partner closely with product and engineering to translate customer needs into intuitive, elegant workflows across our web application.

• Ship with Evidence:

Iterate using customer feedback, usability testing, analytics, and product metrics, so design decisions are grounded in how users actually work.

• Make Complexity Simple:

Turn dense technical and security workflows into experiences users understand and adopt fast.

• Build the Design System:

Establish and maintain design patterns, component libraries, and UX standards across the product.

• Own Design Through Implementation:

Deliver high-fidelity mockups, interaction designs, and specs that enable rapid builds, then work directly with engineers to ensure quality in what ships.

Strong portfolio of shipped web application experiences with excellent interaction design and visual polish.

• Product Judgment:

You advocate for users while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.

• Systems Thinking:

Experience creating and scaling design patterns and component libraries, not just one-off screens.

• End-to-End Execution:

You take ambiguous problems from concept to shipped product and stay engaged through implementation.

• AI Fluency:

Modern AI-assisted design and development tools shape how you explore, validate, and deliver.

Even Better With

• Experience designing for security, developer, or other technical enterprise products.
• Prototyping in code or working fluently alongside engineers in the codebase.
• Designing for AI-native or agentic products with non-deterministic behavior.
• Zero-to-one experience at an early-stage startup.
