Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate

Product Designer

to craft intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences for our cross-border payments platform. You will play a key role in simplifying complex financial workflows and creating seamless user journeys across web and mobile products.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys for web and mobile platforms
• Ship some of those designs with your “Vibe Coding” skills
• Simplify complex cross-border payment flows, onboarding, and transactions
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
• Build and maintain design systems consistency
• Optimize user flows for conversion, retention, and usability
• Continuously improve product experience based on data and insights

Must-Have Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Hands-on experience with tools like Figma and AI tools to increase velocity and fidelity (experience and expertise using AI tools in your everyday execution is a must have)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in fintech / payments / banking domain
• Understanding of cross-border payments ecosystem
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards
• Exposure to data-driven design and A/B testing
