Go Offer is an AI-native company founded in the US by alumni from Google, Yandex, TikTok, and YCombinator. We process thousands of job listings daily, track client outcomes across hundreds of job searches, and make product decisions based on data — not gut feelings. Analytics is how we know what's working and where to push next.
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end design for core client-facing features — from discovery and wireframes to final handoff
- Design dashboards, flows, and interfaces that make complex automation feel simple and transparent
- Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly without sacrificing clarity
- Run user research and testing to validate decisions before and after launch
- Build and maintain a design system that scales as the product grows
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3\+ years of product design experience in web or mobile products
- Is strong in Figma and knows how to run a design process end-to-end
- Thinks in systems — you design components, not just screens
- Can articulate why a design decision is right, not just what it looks like
- Has shipped products used by real users and incorporated their feedback
Nice to have:
- Experience designing AI-powered interfaces — chat, real-time status, automated workflows
- Background in B2C products with high emotional stakes
- Familiarity with front-end basics — enough to have a real conversation with engineers
