Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of user-centered digital experiences with an emphasis on visual design excellence and mobile-first principles.
- Develop robust design patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms.
- Produce and iterate on prototypes, wireframes, and storyboards to effectively convey design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align on project objectives and drive successful outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate design best practices into ongoing projects.
- Champion inclusive design standards that celebrate diversity and accessibility across all digital channels.
Skills
- Proficiency with design tools like Miro, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with effective collaboration skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a flexible approach to adaption.
- 3-5\+ years of experience in visual, interaction, or product design.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with human-centered AI principles and designing intelligent user experiences.
- Experience in working with established brand guidelines and contributing to design systems.
- Interest in conversational and agentic experiences.
