Product Designer, Therapist Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Product Designer Therapist Platform to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences using Figma
• Identify and address UI/UX inconsistencies and experience gaps
• Write detailed design specifications for engineering collaboration
• Work cross-functionally to define problems and explore solutions
• Use metrics and insights to evaluate designs and foster improvements
• Participate in design critiques and quality assurance
• Influence product strategy with user insights for UX enhancements

Qualifications

• 3\+ years of product design experience in consumer-facing digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven design and measurable impact
• Expertise in Figma for user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Ability to think strategically and execute details clearly and swiftly
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers on feature delivery
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder influence
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring complex problems
