About The Role

We are currently seeking talented and passionate Product Designers to join our remote team. This evergreen role is designed to build a pool of highly qualified, “final‑round ready” candidates for future opportunities anticipated in 2026\. As part of our design department, you will contribute to creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that drive client success and innovation. Depending on your experience level, you may be involved in designing solutions for well-defined projects or leading complex, end-to-end design engagements. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from states including Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, human-centered design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in Agile or software delivery environments (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered thinking, translating business goals and user needs into compelling designs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and iterations efficiently
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks or design handoff processes (a plus)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available

Responsibilities

  • Design user experiences for projects with guidance, participating in sprints, creating wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes
  • Develop and iterate UI/UX solutions based on user feedback and research
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and quality
  • Participate in Agile rituals, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Mentor junior designers and share best practices to foster team growth and development
  • Lead design efforts for complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and resolve complex design challenges to meet client and business needs
  • Ensure all design deliverables align with company standards and project requirements
