Job Description
Skillcheck :
- Engineering degree in one of the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- Fresh graduate/ 1 year of post-graduation design experience modeling and detailing parts and assemblies, preferably with precise injection molded plastic parts.
- FEM simulation basics
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling and 2D drawings using tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks -Experience with automotive connector standards : LV214, USCAR-21, GMW3191 …
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team. -Excellent oral and written communication skills
ChallengeCheck :
- Create, check, and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Maintain CAD files, project documentation, and BOM in SAP.
- Ensure that the product meets the targets set at the beginning of the project and manage changes requested by internal or external stakeholders.
- Ensure that all technical requirements (customers and internal) are understood and implemented. -Support and interface with internal and external customers.
- Conduct and prepare feasibility studies \& design reviews.
- Define significant characteristics for the components.
- Create PV test plan and review results with customer.
- Contribute to the DFMEA and identify and mitigate design risks.
- Write product specifications, handling manuals, and other documentation for assigned projects.
