Responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering cross-functionally with Design, Development, Sourcing, and Planning to deliver commercially viable, on-time, and brand-right product. Drive operational excellence across product creation, data integrity, and vendor coordination while supporting seasonal and long-term business goals.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Own and support end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through commercialization and bulk production
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, timelines, and execution
  • Anticipate and manage key seasonal milestones to ensure on-time sample delivery and production readiness

Sample \& Production Coordination

  • Create and manage sales sample purchase orders (POs), including PO assignment and factory handoff
  • Track and manage proto, SMS, and SRS sample status, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution
  • Partner with factories and regional teams to proactively address delays, risks, and quality concerns

PLM \& Data Management

  • Set up and maintain seasonal frameworks within PLM systems
  • Input and manage product data, including BOMs, costing, and attributes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support costing processes in partnership with sourcing and development teams

Materials \& Development Support

  • Support seasonal material development through research, sourcing, and coordination with regional offices
  • Maintain and organize material libraries and seasonal files to ensure centralized, accurate information
  • Participate in material readiness and cross-functional meetings to drive alignment and execution

Commercialization \& Readiness

  • Track and manage master approvals to support SRS completion and bulk production handoff
  • Coordinate fit sessions, proto reviews, wear testing, and risk assessment meetings
  • Ensure all product is production-ready, meeting brand standards for quality, fit, and performance

E-Commerce \& Product Data

  • Manage and maintain e-commerce product attributes and HTS classifications
  • Ensure product information is accurate and complete for digital and retail channels

Operational \& Vendor Management

  • Process invoices through Ariba and support vendor payment tracking as needed
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and strong relationships

Salary range: $65,000 - $129,225 annually,

Proven experience supporting end‑to‑end product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization and bulk production

Hands‑on experience managing sampling milestones (proto, SMS, SRS) and supporting bulk handoff

Ability to anticipate risks, track deliverables, and proactively support on‑time execution

Working knowledge of PLM systems, including seasonal setup and product data maintenance

Experience managing BOMs, costing inputs, product attributes, and product setup

Proactive problem‑solver with a solutions‑focused mindset

Clear Communicator Who Collaborates Effectively Across Functions

Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
