- Translate operator needs into
product requirements, user stories, and scalable features
- Work closely with engineering to deliver capabilities such as
event ingestion, filtering, correlation, visualization, and workflow integration
- Improve
signal-to-noise ratio
, reduce alert fatigue, and enable faster root-cause analysis for mission operators
- Design and guide
AI-driven features
that are transparent, explainable, and trusted by users
- Define and track key performance metrics such as
detection accuracy, alert latency, and response times
- Conduct user research and engage directly with operators to deeply understand workflows and pain points
- Collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, design, and customer teams
Ideal Background
- Experience in
product management
, ideally within SaaS, AI/ML, or complex technical environments
- Exposure to
event-driven systems, real-time data pipelines, observability platforms, or AI/ML applications
- Strong understanding of how to translate technical systems into
user-focused product experiences
- Proven ability to
own and deliver product features end-to-end
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in
engineering, computer science, or related field
(or equivalent experience)
- Active
U.S. security clearance

AI is applied in real-world mission-critical environments
- Work on problems where
signal vs. noise directly impacts operational success
- Help drive the transition from
manual monitoring to automated and autonomous mission operations
- Join a fast-paced, high-ownership environment building technology at the forefront of the space industry
