Job Description

As the Product Manager for SKU Marketplace Products, you will

own the strategy and roadmap for high-frequency, high-value digital products such as Airtime (Load) and Shop Marketplaces.

These products are critical to driving

user engagement, retention, and revenue

within our ecosystem. The role requires expertise in

digital product management, partner integration, and marketplace dynamics

, ensuring seamless user experiences, operational reliability, and continuous innovation.

You will work closely with

internal teams and external merchants/partners

to grow adoption, expand SKU categories, and ensure our platform becomes the

preferred destination for essential digital transactions

.

NATURE OF WORK

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

for Airtime(Load) and Shop Marketplace.

  • Lead product

onboarding and integration of merchants, and SKU suppliers

with seamless UX.

  • Partner with

Business Development and Partnership teams

to evaluate, and activate new merchants and SKU categories.

  • Develop end-to-end solution designs

, from requirements to implementation, ensuring scalability and compliance.

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements

based on user impact, revenue opportunity, and technical feasibility.

  • Manage

cross-functional collaboration

(Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Ops) for timely delivery of features and integrations.

  • Monitor

SKU performance, user adoption, and partner SLAs

, making data-driven decisions for optimization.

  • Identify

growth opportunities and promotional strategies

to drive SKU transactions and repeat usage.

  • Ensure

compliance, fraud prevention, and operational reliability

across all SKU transactions.

  • Stay updated on

trends in digital commerce, marketplace products, and partner ecosystems

to maintain competitive advantage.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree

in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4-5 years of product management experience

in digital commerce, payments, or marketplaces.

  • Strong

analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

.

  • Proficiency in

Agile methodologies, PDLC, and product best practices

.

  • Experience with

launching and scaling SKU-based or marketplace products

is preferred

  • Familiarity with

merchant integration and SKU pricing models

.

  • Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics.
