About the Role

A fast-growing blockchain startup in Riyadh is looking for 1–3 Mid-Level Product Owners to join the team full-time. You’ll own the product vision and roadmap for core platform features, working closely with engineering, business, and compliance teams. You’ll translate complex capital markets workflows into clear product requirements, drive execution from discovery to delivery, and help shape how we build the future of financial infrastructure. You’ll have real autonomy. This is a role for someone who leads, not waits.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for core platform features • Translate complex capital markets workflows into clear product requirements • Work closely with engineering, business, and compliance teams • Drive execution from discovery to delivery • Lead sprint ceremonies and ensure smooth product execution • Align stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product management experience, including writing PRDs, managing stakeholder communication, running sprint ceremonies, and driving cross-functional alignment • Strong background in capital markets (trading, securities, asset management, or similar) • Thrives in ambiguity and can bring structure and clarity in a fast-moving startup environment • Excellent communicator — clear, direct, and effective with both technical and business audiences • Proactive, high-ownership mindset with strong accountability • Fluent in Arabic \& English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tokenization or digital assets • Comfortable working with AI tools in a product workflow.
