The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager with deep expertise in payments technology and customer-facing financial products. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the strategy, design, and delivery of digital solutions that simplify payments, enhance trust, and improve how users transact in their everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle for payment-focused platforms, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for payment and transaction flows aligned with user needs, compliance standards, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build scalable, frictionless experiences across payment touchpoints.
  • Use analytics and performance metrics to inform decisions, track conversion and retention, and identify new opportunities in the payments space.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure payment products deliver clear value and solve genuine pain points.

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record in product management within the payments, fintech, or financial services sectors.
  • Excellent understanding of payment ecosystems, including card processing, digital wallets, merchant acquiring, or peer-to-peer payments.
  • Skilled at translating data into actionable insights that drive product enhancements and user engagement.
  • Strong collaboration skills in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • Deep appreciation for customer experience design and mapping the end-to-end payments journey.
