We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic

Product Manager, mRNA

to drive the growth and success of our Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) product portfolio in the US market. Based remotely, you will act as the “voice of the customer” and the regional expert, responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from market analysis and strategy to launch execution and commercial support. Must be willing to travel domestically as required.

Position is remote but must reside in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Product Strategy: Develop and execute US-specific go-to-market plans, product positioning, and pricing strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Marketing \& Promotion: Collaborate with the global marketing team to create and implement localized marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and promotional activities. Represent the company at key trade shows, conferences, and customer seminars.
  • Sales Enablement: Train and empower the sales and field application specialist teams with deep product knowledge, competitive insights, and effective selling strategies.
  • Content Development: Develop, review, and localize high-quality technical and marketing collateral (e.g., application notes, white papers, presentations) to support the commercial teams.
  • Marketing experience preferred.

Qualifications:

Education:

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life science field.

Experience:

  • Solid understanding of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies, platforms, and their applications in areas such as oncology, genetic disorders, reproductive health, or infectious disease.
  • Prior experience in product management, technical marketing, or field applications within the life sciences/diagnostics industry is highly preferred.

Language Skills:

Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese a plus.
