WHO ARE WE?
We are a longevity company. We own and operate a portfolio of consumer brands, and our background is in direct response marketing. Sleepmaxx AI is our first software product - an iOS app focused on sleep optimization.
Our longer-term plan goes beyond a single app. We intend to develop our own models, build out a research layer, and eventually move into hardware. The broader goal is to contribute to extending healthy human lifespan and making a longer, better life more accessible. This is a long road, and we are starting step by step.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a founding-stage product role. You will work directly with the founders and the designer, and you will be hands-on across the entire product, not a single feature or surface.
A significant part of the role is translation. You will take the founder's vision and convert it into clear, specific work for design and engineering. You need to be able to hold the whole product in your head, break it down into concrete deliverables, and keep things moving without a heavy
process layer around them.
The team is small, and the work is scrappy. We are building from scratch, and the next stretch will require someone comfortable with that.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Someone who has built a habitual, sticky consumer product before. Not someone who worked at one - someone who was actually responsible for shaping a meaningful part of one.
We are thinking of products like the Strava streak, the Duolingo lives system, Whoop's recovery score, or Oura's readiness ring. Products that people open every day without being prompted.
We are not looking for someone who shipped one feature here or there.
Sleepmaxx AI is being built end-to-end, so we need someone who has owned bigger chunks of a product before - full flows, onboarding, retention systems, or core surfaces - and can come in and do that kind of work here.
You should also be organized, well-connected, and good with people. A real part of this job is coordination: bringing in the right designer, contractor, or specialist when we need them, and keeping everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?
- Translate the founder's vision into clear product specs and tasks for design and engineering
- Own the Sleepmaxx AI roadmap end-to-end and prioritize tightly
- Work directly and daily with the founders, designer, and engineering team
- Drive daily and nightly engagement, including onboarding, retention, and the loops that bring users back
- Run experiments, study the data, and adjust the product quickly based on what you learn
