The Role

• Own and drive strategic technology initiatives across Counterparty Credit Risk and risk reporting
• Partner with Risk, Technology, and Reporting teams to deliver platform enhancements
• Manage product priorities, business requirements, and Agile delivery workflows
• Support AI-enabled transformation initiatives including workflow automation and reporting efficiency

Requirements

• Strong Financial Services background is essential
• Good understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR)
• Knowledge of exposure metrics such as Current Exposure / Potential Future Exposure
• Experience managing technology, reporting, or workflow platform initiatives
• Background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager
• Strong Agile and SDLC experience
• Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation tools, or workflow improvement initiatives is highly desirable
