Summary:

The MVP Program team supports a global community of technical experts by providing early access to product information and support to engage developers and IT professionals in their local communities. We are seeking an Operations Manager (vendor) to help scale support, improve automation, and operationalize AI-driven workflows across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute automation workflows for the MVP Program using AI tools, Agents, and CLIs.
• Author and maintain structured knowledge content to support AI-assisted workflows (e.g., copilots, prompt libraries, automation pipelines)
• Triage and resolve support cases from MVP Program members, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
• Partner with program stakeholders to define requirements for automation and operational improvements
• Contribute to the design and iteration of AI-assisted support experiences (e.g., prompt engineering, response templates, knowledge grounding)
• Track and report on recurring issues, gaps, and operational risks

Required Experience

• Experience developing solutions with modern frameworks, tools, cloud services, APIs, and data services.
• Experience working with issue or ticket management systems (e.g., GitHub Issues, Azure DevOps, Jira)?.
• Experience using with Git-based workflows and tools such as GitHub and VS Code
• Comfort working with command-line tools and scripts to automate tasks?.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) in a productivity or workflow context

Salary and Other Compensation:
