In this highly visible role, you’ll take full ownership of Pax8’s Microsoft program ecosystem, driving strategy, scaling operations, and shaping how one of our most critical vendor relationships performs globally. - What you’ll be doing
Own end-to-end delivery of Microsoft programs, driving execution, innovation, and readiness to achieve revenue goals
Bring teams together across sales, operations, and partner functions to create aligned, scalable program strategies
Build and evolve program plans using Microsoft frameworks, continuously optimizing performance and outcomes
Act as a key bridge between Pax8 and Microsoft, aligning priorities, managing expectations, and driving collaboration
Lead program reporting rhythms, delivering insights to senior stakeholders and supporting business reviews
Identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency, partner experience, and overall impact
The impact you’ll make
You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening Pax8’s most important vendor relationship—driving program scalability, increasing partner adoption, and contributing directly to revenue growth. Your work will shape how Microsoft programs evolve across the business and set the benchmark for excellence in vendor program management.

- Proven experience leading complex program operations within technology, cloud, or channel ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes through scalable program strategies and execution
- Strong background in channel sales, partner programs, or vendor alliances
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and solving complex challenges with clear, structured thinking
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting insights and strategies to senior stakeholders
- Working familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystems and program structures
- Comfort adopting AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making

- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $85,000 to $120K,000 depending on experience.
