Project Manager

We are are currently looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to join a large‑scale, technically complex project. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a

high‑visibility project

, working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• :Technical and operational responsibility for all awarded work orders
• .Full financial and technical accountability for all assigned work orders
• .Represent the company in meetings with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders
• .Manage and coordinate the team of Works Managers assigned to each work order
• .Ensure full compliance with HSE, Welfare, and Quality policies and procedures
• .Monitor and control the technical and financial progress of all work orders
• .Propose and plan the resources required for the execution of the work orders
• .Participate in and support the tendering and bidding process
• .Act as the main point of contact with the client for daily follow‑up of site activities and execution progress
• .Ensure permit processing and compliance with approved timelines
• .Guide and support Works Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of project works
• .Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• .Support Works Managers in design coordination with consultants and clients
• .Assist Works Managers in the preparation of project documentation and deliverables (permits, inspection requests, BOQ, ITP, method statements, as‑built drawings)
• .Lead technical and commercial discussions with manufacturers and suppliers
• .Monitor project KPIs to ensure compliance with project requirements
