Project Manager

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and deliver complex ICT and digital transformation initiatives within enterprise or public sector environments. The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery experience, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ICT projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project sponsors to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards
• Support digital governance initiatives, project reporting, and continuous process improvement activities
• Facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Apply SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches, to deliver technology solutions efficiently

Qualifications \& Experience

• Candidates should have at least 7 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or a related field, preferably within a large enterprise or public sector environment
• Demonstrated experience in managing full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support, is essential
• Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in application development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web and object oriented programming frameworks.
• A good understanding of SDLC methodologies, whether waterfall, agile, or hybrid, is expected
• Prior experience working with government digital services or familiarity with Singapore's whole-of-government IT frameworks will be an advantage
