Project Manager

Our client is an international family office and an active investor of Core/Core\+ in the United States. Properties are located throughout several major markets in the United States, including Miami, San Francisco, New York, and Chicago. The firm has acquired \>$2B of US assets recently consisting primarily of office, hotel, and multifamily.

As a Project Manager, you will support the execution of construction projects from initiation through completion, working closely with senior team members to help achieve project goals. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and organized project environment, and will assist in coordinating stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Due to growth, our client is creating a new role for an experienced CapEX/TI Project Manager in Miami, FL. This person will focus on two local Core\+ commercial office assets.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3\+ years in project management and/or construction management
• Experience with capital improvement projects, tenant improvement projects, budgets, bid documents, estimating, repairs and maintenance
• Knowledge of technical codes and practical applications
• BS Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction or similar)
• Under the Senior Director of Operation's and Senior General Manager's direction, supervise and direct contractors and monitor performance
• Commercial office tenant fit-out experience
