Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead and deliver technology projects for Marriott through GSPANN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team coordination, preferably within the

hospitality industry

.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to drive successful project execution.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project scope, change requests, budgets, and status reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• 8\+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise IT projects.
• Preferred experience managing projects in the

hospitality industry

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
