Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to support multiple infrastructure services projects for the client, with a strong focus on enterprise network implementation, WAN connectivity, Cisco network modernization, network cutover planning, and secure access infrastructure initiatives. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of project assignments, build and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures, coordinate resources, manage project progress, support RFP and vendor selection activities, write contract Scope of Deliverables, manage risks/issues/action items, facilitate meetings, produce minutes, manage communications, and report project KPIs. The ideal candidate has strong infrastructure project delivery experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to identify obstacles, resolve issues, and deliver a strong customer experience.

Requirements:

• 5\+ years of Project Management experience across infrastructure, network, telecom, or enterprise IT services projects.
• Experience managing enterprise network implementations, including deployment planning, infrastructure readiness, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience coordinating WAN connectivity, carrier circuits, telecom vendors, circuit delivery timelines, installation milestones, and circuit readiness.
• Experience supporting Cisco network infrastructure modernization, including switching environments, routing/switching coordination, secure connectivity, and network refresh initiatives.
• Experience managing network cutovers, migration planning, traffic transitions, stabilization windows, business-critical go-live events, and rollback planning.
• Experience managing network security and access infrastructure projects involving secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, authentication, access reliability, or related security controls.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, status reports, risk logs, issue logs, action item trackers, and KPI dashboards.
• Experience supporting RFP activities, vendor evaluation matrices, product/vendor selection, and contract Scope of Deliverables documentation.
• Strong meeting facilitation skills, including scheduling, agenda creation, stakeholder alignment, meeting minutes, and follow-up tracking.
• Strong end-user, IT stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
• PMP, CSM, ITIL, or related project management certification.
• Experience working in public sector, enterprise infrastructure, healthcare, transportation, utilities, or highly regulated environments.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Cisco switching, routing, WAN, carrier circuits, access control, authentication, DDoS protection, and enterprise security terminology.
