Program Manager – Bio-Medical Device Manufacturing (CDMO)
We are hiring for a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in high-precision medical device components and finished devices for the life sciences, interventional, and aerospace markets. We partner with OEMs, physicians, and startups to develop and manufacture innovative products using injection molding, extrusion, dip molding, coatings, assembly, and custom automation
We are hiring 2–3 Program Managers to lead customer programs from concept through commercialization at our growing facility. This is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role, not a back-office project tracking position.
What You’ll Do:

act for customers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory to deliver programs on time, on budget, and to customer specifications
- Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and customer expectations across multiple concurrent programs
- Coordinate manufacturing readiness, validation, and product launch activities
- Present program status, risks, and recovery plans to customer and internal leadership teams
- Partner with Business Development to support quoting, scope definition, and customer growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 3\+ years
of program or project management experience in medical device manufacturing, preferably at a contract manufacturer or
- CDMO Engineering background (degree or equivalent experience) with working knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, assembly, and coating
- Proven customer relationship management: you’ve been the primary point of contact for external clients on development programs and you know how to manage expectations, communicate proactively, and drive customer success
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with FDA-regulated environments, ISO 13485, and design controls
- Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)
Nice to Have:
- Experience at a medical device CDMO or contract manufacturer
- PMP certification, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma experience
- Familiarity with plastics processing, extrusion, or injection molding operations
- Experience managing programs involving multiple manufacturing technologies and sites
Compensation \& Details
- Base
salary: $100,000 - $150,000
- Location: On-site with potential for hybrid flexibility over time
- Relocation assistance: Available for the right candidate
This role is open due to growth. You’ll join a team of five PMs working on a wide variety of projects with the opportunity to manage 3–4 programs simultaneously and be involved in both the design/development and commercial execution of products alongside the client.
