Job Description

Who We Are

We are an international group of consultants united in the goal of helping our customers revolutionize their approach to engineering problems with the use of digital technologies. Combining automation and software development with “traditional” engineering, the companies we work with are able to obtain visibility into their own operations and control.

Who We’re Looking For

Though over 1,600 strong (and growing!), Radix operates like anything but a large company. When you join our company, you will help us:

The Project Planner will work closely with program, project, and sites teams. The focus will be on transforming roadmaps with milestones and deliverables for \~ 21 workstreams into site level schedules and oversee the execution of the site activities. The Project Planner will need to be able to organize working sessions to develop plans per site, create the activity schedule for each site, create the RAID log for each site, build resource capacity reports and develop rollup reports to monitor progress of the site and it workstreams. Once the plan is established, the professional will need to support the execution by establishing reoccurring meetings to gather updates on progress of the planned schedule, follow up on actions, issues, decisions, and update risk related to the work.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain project schedules using management tools.
  • Structure activities, milestones, dependencies, and critical path, evaluating the impacts of changes.
  • Perform capacity planning and resource leveling, proposing scenarios when necessary.
  • Monitor work items with teams and consolidate status and deadlines.
  • Identify and communicate schedule risks and mitigation recommendations.
  • Generate Gantt charts and schedule reports for stakeholders and governance rituals.
  • Create and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Coordinate between site and central project teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and milestones.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
  • Consolidate and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming priorities.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • 5\+ years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally within Oil \& Gas or a similar industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with engineers, technicians, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Good understanding of digital transformation initiatives and comfort with technical conversations.
  • Change management or stakeholder engagement experience is a strong plus.
  • English fluency (written and spoken) is required; other languages are a plus

It's a plus if you have:

  • PMP certification (or equivalent).
