- Work closely with investors and analysts to turn ideas into practical technical solutions
- Help develop and maintain data pipelines for financial datasets (market data, macro data, etc.)
- Contribute to analytics tools, backtesting systems, and portfolio monitoring dashboards
- Support efforts to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices from experienced engineers
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Python development, or a recent graduate with strong internships (especially in finance, banking, or related fields)
- Solid Python skills (experience with pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries is a plus)
- Familiarity with APIs, databases (SQL or NoSQL), or data processing workflows
- Understanding of core software engineering concepts (version control like Git, writing clean code, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Interest in financial markets and working in an investment-driven environment
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in finance (internships in banking, investment banking, hedge funds, etc.)
- Exposure to data pipelines, analytics tools, or quantitative projects
