QA Automation Engineer

We just launched FlowX.AI 5\.0 with 140\+ production-ready agents for banking and insurance. Gartner put us in their 2025 Digital Banking Market Guide. Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal \& General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.

Mission

We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to ensure our software applications deliver exceptional performance, reliability, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to maintain the highest standards of quality and continuously optimize our testing processes.

What you would do on a daily basis

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (preferably with Playwright, TypeScript)
• Create and execute test plans to validate software functionality and performance
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform manual testing where necessary to validate edge cases, usability, and user interface elements
• Conduct functional, regression, and system testing; identify and report defects
• Collaborate with developers, devops, product and platform teams to ensure full test coverage
• Generate reports and insights on testing results

Who you are

• 3\+ years of QA automation experience
• Strong understanding of Angular / React web apps and related tools
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and relational databases
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration in cross-functional environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. Locust, JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Experience with Python
• Experience with DevOps, containerization, and CI/CD environments
